個人簡介

盛義發,博士,教授,碩士生導師,湖南省青年骨幹教師,2003网站太阳集团黨委書記,工信部就業創業創新示範實踐基地執行主任,湖南省工程研究中心執行主任,湖南省現代産業學院執行院長,湖南省首批卓越工程師培養(實踐)基地執行主任;湖南省一流本科專業建設點負責人,湖南省研究生培養創新實踐基地負責人,第三批湖南省高校黨建“标杆院系”負責人,湖南省教育系統先進基層黨組織負責人;中國機械工程教育協會機器人工程專業委員會委員,湖南省普通本科高校電氣自動化與儀器類專業教學指導委員會委員;中國電力教育協會專家庫專家,湖南省輸變電産業集群專家。

主持與參與國家自然科學基金、省部級科研項目和橫向項目10餘項,主持湖南省學位與研究生教育改革研究重大項目、湖南省普通高等學校教學改革研究重點項目、教育部首批“新工科”研究與實踐項目等教育教學質量工程項目6項,發表學術論文40餘篇,其中SCI/EI收錄論文30餘篇;編寫教材及專著3部,獲湖南省高等教育教學成果獎三等獎1項,教育部新工科研究與實踐項目結題“優秀”;指導學生獲湖南省大學生節能減排社會實踐與科技競賽一等獎、湖南省“挑戰杯”大學生課外學術科技作品競賽一等獎等多項。
